When moving around your house or garden, wear your pendant at all times, should you have an accident.
2. Press in emergency
If you do have an accident at home, press your pendant button immediately, to talk to a member of our team.
3. Talk to our team
Our team will talk to you, find out what has happened and the best way to help you, and dispatch the relevant services.
4. We take appropriate action
We’ll arrange for care to be provided as per your care plan or agreement, and if we’re unable to make contact, we’ll escalate to emergency services.
